המחלקה ​לקשרי חוץ - עיריית קריית מוצקין

במסגרת מדיניות ההסברה הכוללת של מדינת ישראל ומשרד החוץ, קשרה עיריית קריית מוצקין במהלך השנים קשרי ערים תאומות עם 7 ערים ברחבי העולם. 3 ערים בגרמניה : באד קרויצנך, באד זגברג והסברגה. 2 ערים בארה"ב : טקומה ואורלנדו. קייפנג בסין, נירגהאזה בהונגריה כמו כן קשרה העיר קשרי ידידות עם ארגון חילופי הנוער של העיר האנובר, גרמניה ועם הפדרציה היהודית באורלנדו.

Within the framework of Israel's foreign affairs policy, Kiryat Motzkin is in sister cities relation or friendship connections with seven cities & Jewish communities around the world for some years.

In the early 70th first sister's city relationships were formed with three cities in Germany: Bad Kreuznach, Bad Segeberg & Hassbege. In 1980 we formed connections with the city of Tacoma USA and its Jewish community. Mayor Haim Zuri extended Kiryat Motzkin's relations with the city of Kaifeng in China in 1994, some years later with the city of Nyiregyhaza in Hungary. In 2010 we began our partnership with the city and the Jewish community of Orlando USA.​ Since Kiryat Motzkin is not an industrial or agricultural city, we base our relations on our high-quality human resources.
Main shared activities are in the domains of cultural exchange, such as music bands & orchestras, dance & folklore singing groups, sports teams, and single-gifted individuals in varied domains.

As a topic of great importance, Kiryat Motzkin's city council supports many other official & non-official relations & youth gatherings with other countries in the world, especially youth exchange with CVJM, Hannover Germany. The holocaust memories, commemoration & lesson, were & still are very important to Israel & the Jewish people.
Another preference is Jewish youth in the diaspora, aiming towards mutual acquaintance & bridging between them, our youth & the state of Israel.
